With the unprecedented and rapidly changing effects COVID-19 is having around the world and within the communities that we serve, we at Colorado Canopies would like you to know that we take the well-being of our employees, customers, and their families seriously.
At the recommendation of WHO and the CDC, we have taken precautions in an effort to provide a functioning service to our customers while still protecting the health and safety of our employees.
- We have been monitoring this evolving outbreak continuously and are keeping all Colorado Canopies staff informed of changes that can have an impact on their daily lives.
- We have increased our sanitation and disinfecting procedures within our office
- We are practicing Social Distancing, by requiring all employees who have the ability to perform their job’s duties away from the office to work remotely until further notice.
- We have encouraged our employees, including sales, to reschedule or adjust any meetings they might have. To the extent possible the work will be done with non-contact communication such as phone calls, video conferencing, emails, etc.
- We are also in constant communication with our vendors and manufacturing partners in order to ensure our supply chains are still functioning efficiently and at the best possible capacity.
We hope that by implementing and frequently revising these measures that we can do our part to flatten the curve and reduce the spread of this virus throughout the communities in which we serve.
