Warranty

Colorado Canopies warrants to the original purchaser who provides a dated invoice-each part of your canopy to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE to TWO years (depending on the product) after the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. Colorado Canopies obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination

 

Return Advisory

Before returning any part or product please contact us to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and Colorado Canopies is not responsible for products damaged in transit. Some products are custom and cannot be returned, some products will carry a 20% restocking fee, please check before you purchase. All printed products are non-returnable!

Conditions

This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, nor to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions. This express warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Under NO circumstances shall the manufacturer or authorized representative be liable for any personal loss, injury or direct consequential damage resulting from the use of this product.

Printed Material Warranty and Exclusions

PRINTED MATERIAL

Printed material is custom made and not returnable, there is a ONE year warranty on the print and fabric to be free from defect or workmanship.

If you feel your problem is covered by the warranty, please call customer service and we will be more than happy to start your warranty request.

Colorado Canopies will accept a return of a defective, unused item within a 7-day period from the date that you receive your item. After this 7-day window up to 30 days after the delivery, we will be able to provide replacement parts. After the 30 day period has expired, customers will be responsible for the purchase for replacement parts.

 

ALWAYS TAKE INVENTORY OF YOUR DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL

 

If we are not contacted within 30 days of the initial delivery, customer will be responsible for the purchase of missing parts and shipping.

 

IF YOU USE/ASSEMBLE AN ORDER THAT ARRIVES DAMAGED, YOU HAVE VOIDED THE WARRANTY FOR YOUR PURCHASE. CONTACT OUR COMPANY IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED BY BOTH PHONE AND EMAIL.

 

All items must also be returned unused in its original packaging.

 

All returns must be approved before you ship any item back to us. If you ship any item back to us without contacting us, we will have to refuse the package and it will be returned to you. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return the item. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a 25% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier charges us for shipping both ways (two way shipping cost)). Any printed material charges will not be returned. Make sure your return is authorized before shipping your item.

 

The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling fees, and restocking fee of 20% for the return of non-defective item(s). If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from the total refund amount (the carrier charges us to ship the item to you). We will not accept returns of any item(s) that are abused, altered, damaged by accident or by the elements, or is missing the original packaging.  

 

Please contact us or put in a return request if you would like to return an item.

 

This return policy will not cover any damage that occurs due to neglect, wind, rain, snow, ice, fire, or any other act of nature and does not cover any damage that might have result from the canopy, tent or signage not being properly secured. Colorado Canopies will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages that might be cause by any product that we sell.
